Reading scouting ranges
The decision
Opponent OVR ranges use 97% and 103% of the true value, rounded to whole numbers. They communicate uncertainty rather than a rating that randomly changes between matches.
How it works
Your own ratings are exact. Map scouting is also not a win probability. Recent map results provide context, but five results remain a small sample.
Practical interpretation
Use scouting to compare relative strengths and weaknesses. Close ranges do not justify certainty about tiny differences. Review a decision across several series before treating one outcome as a rule.
